Training videos can be a very helpful tool for us IT geeks. Train Signal is a company that creates IT training videos and depending on the topic they can cost you a hefty penny ($300+). With that said some of their clients include: Dell, Comcast, Cisco Sytems, USC and many more.
From time to time they post free training videos that are very intuitive and educational.
